About Me
I am Cosmin Corendea, a PhD in International Law, politician, and member of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR).
Life has led me down unexpected paths. I graduated from law school in Bucharest, then continued my studies in the United States, earning a PhD in international law, while also serving as a professor for numerous academic institutions.
For two decades, I worked as an expert and scientific researcher for the United Nations. The same passion that guided my work at the UN is what led me to pursue a political career: the passion and commitment to building a stable and just system that can bring us closer to prosperity, dignity, and freedom.
However, above all these titles, I am a man of faith in God, in the Romanian people, and especially in our collective power to change things.
Although I spent part of my life abroad, wherever I went, I always carried with me the boy who grew up in Bucharest, who has always kept the values and culture he acquired in Romania. Now is the time to return home.
For too many years, the direction of our country has been left in the hands of politicians too greedy to put the needs of the nation before their own interests. I have often witnessed how the very defenders of national values have allowed themselves to be influenced and voted against the interests of our people.

But now, the winds of change have begun to blow, and I firmly believe that we can rebuild the political atmosphere in Romania and reclaim our national identity, starting from within, from a political party dedicated to improving the status of our country.
